Introduction

       These minutes note the absorption of the Center by the city-wide Maternity Center Association.

MATERNITY PROTECTION COMMITTEE:

       The Secretary, Mrs. Irene Osgood Andrews, presented a recommendation from the Maternity Protection Committee and the Board of Directors that the Maternity Center at 219 East 79^th Street, which has been conducted by the Women's City Club for the past three years should be turned over to the city-wide Maternity Center Association.

       It was moved by Mrs. Andrews, seconded and carried, that this recommendation be adopted.
