Introduction
Tamaio Wakayama (b. 1941) is a Japanese Canadian who spent World War II incarcerated in Tashmo Internment camp for Japanese Canadians. He worked as a SNCC photographer in 1963-64. This photo was taken when Cleve was Holly Springs project director in the fall of 1964 or early 1965.
